Haiku For Carpe Diem #246, Inspiration

Carpe Diem’s Haiku prompt for today is Inspiration.

the blinking cursor
counting every second
to inspiration

gently fluttering
on shimmering wings of blue
inspiration flows

no ryhme or reason
thudding into my head –
a glaswegian kiss

Smiles, love and laughter

  1. WOW! JRB what a wonderful series of inspirational haiku you share here with us. I really am caught by your second haiku … that’s such a wonderful piece … it’s a masterpiece.
Can I use that second haiku for our next Tan Renga Session? Please let me know.

First two so exquisite in different ways…beautiful second haiku. Had to look up glaswegian kiss. Not exactly a kissing cousin to the French kiss. Ow. Thank you for enlightening me.
