Carpe Diem Tan Renga Challenge #44, Sho-u “spring in our country”

This Carpe Diem Tan Renga Challenge is Sho-u’s haiku “spring in our country”

mannaka ni fuji sobietari kuni no haru

in the centre,
mount Fuji towers up:
spring in our country
© Sho-u

My response…

in the centre,
mount Fuji towers up:
spring in our country
like a mother’s milky breast
nourishing a newborn child

Smiles, love and laughter

  1. Ese' s Voice says:

    Lovely imagery, JRB 🙂

  2. This is an extraordinary continuation on the haiku by Sho-u JRB, and I must say I love it … you always take other directions and this one is just great … and if I look closer to Mount Fuji … she really looks like a breast … awesome.
