Carpe Diem Special #89, Soen Nakagawa’s “awoken from a nap”

For this special, Carpe Diem provides us with two cheeky haiku to inspire us…,

This haiku is one of Soen’s own favorites:

Aiming my penis
out over the steppes
awoken from a nap

And this one from Master Basho:

ought one laugh or cry
when my Morning Glory
withers up

Our goal is to write a haiku in the same spirit.

his morning glory
young lovers in no rush
they come and he goes

Smiles, love and laughter

I have to admit that I envy the young lovers!

  3. Oh there is no subtleness in going…
