Carpe Diem’s Tan Renga Challenge #8, JRB’s “inspiration flows”

I’m honoured to have Carpe Diem choose on of my haiku for this Tan Renga challenge, which is to add two 7 syllable lines to the first three (5-7-5) lines.

gently fluttering
on shimmering wings of blue
inspiration flows
bit by bit, ideas dripping
consciousness’ stream a torrent

Smiles, love and laughter

Thank you. Funny how hard to is to revisit your own work. The inspiration that came with the first three lines was not where near the same that came with the last two.

Wonderful lines you added to your already inspiring haiku.

Thanks Grace, in my head they are so far apart…it’s hard for me to revisit where I was when the first lines came. An interesting experience.

  3. Awesome completion of your own Tan Renga JRB … I was honored that I might use your haiku for this challenge. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for your inspiring haiku…
a pleasure to have it for a prompt.
I read your answer to Grace, and
    I understand
    each moment in time,
    things flow so differently.
