Haiku Carpe Diem #131, Caterpillar

Today’s Carpe Diem Haiku Prompt is Caterpillar.

I’ve been away for a while and though back, I’m a little short on time and so here is a quick post to get me back into the saddle.

lunifer2Between the Gums I see
Caterpillars on parade
Walk the Laval line

Walk the Laval line
Learn to be a good Pupal
Metamorphosis

Metamorphosis
The Moth flies into the light
Kafka’s Imago

      I tried to fit in the stages of the Caterpillars lifecycle.
      The Laval stage is one, and these Caterpillars march in a line.
      Imago is the final stage of a Caterpillar’s Metamorphosis – which in turn is a Kafka story.
