As has become my recent trend, I give you three attempts at haiku today.
The first in honour of the Australian Outback windmill.
For the second, I return to Greek Gods.
And the last could be ‘En homage’ to a Parisian icon and a great artist – or perhaps the effect on ones bladder of too much wine…
Icon of Outback
Saviour in a sunbaked land
Turns whine to water
Arms outstretched, praising the winds
Christian God’s cross
Moulin Rouge by night
Too much wine, women and song
Thank you for dropping by and taking a tilt at my windmills.
